A family plan
From the pieces in the shop to a catalogue online.
This is the plan to put our collection online: every piece recorded, photographed and shown on kotajewellers.com, with customers enquiring directly with us. It is a sequence, not a schedule. Nothing has a date; each step follows the one before it, and we move at the pace of the shop.
Milestones
Each version is a set of things that will be true, in order. A version is reached when every step under it is done.
The sequence
Three lanes run side by side: what the shop does, what Kota does, and what the agents build. Within a version, steps are in the order they depend on each other.
